NYFA's NYSCA/NYFA Artist Fellowship is an $8,000 unrestricted cash grant available to artists living in New York State and/or one of the Indian Nations located therein. It is designed to give artists at all levels of their artistic development the time, space, and resources they need to create. This is not a project grant, so applicants are encouraged to apply with work they have already completed that best represents their vision and voice.
In an effort to encourage artists across New York State to apply, we are reaching out to arts organizations across the state to ask for help in sharing this news with your creative community.
