As a native american, the artist will combine these stories with his paintings that have been generated through "vision drawing". Books will be donated to libraries, museums, nature centers and schools.

Cindy DeFelice................................................ $2,250 “It Takes a Village”: Creation of a site-specific installation piece that speaks directly to the lack of place that Bergen children have in their community as well as the courage needed to create one, which is not unique to this small town. 3D art piece to be installed September 17-October 21, 2006 at 42 Rochester Street, Bergen.
