Submit An Event

The Genesee-Orleans Regional Arts Council is compiling information for our Newsletter / Calendar of Events. If you are presenting, hosting or sponsoring an upcoming arts/cultural event, please complete the form below. Your event will be checked for proper grammar and may be edited by our staff. Due to space constraints, you're advised that events are not guaranteed to appear in the printed newsletter. All appropriate events will appear on the website (see below).

For Events to be included in our quarterly Newsletter, the following deadlines apply:
    November 15th for the January-February-March issue
    February 15th for the April-May-June issue
    May 15th for the July-August-September issue
    August 15th for the October-November-December issue

Events submitted after the deadlines may be added to our web site calendar, generally updated on a weekly basis, but will not be able to be included in our printed Newsletter (a.k.a. "the pink thing"). Thank you.
